Now That the COVID National Emergency is Over, Will All Emergency Use Authorized (EUA) Products Be Discontinued?
People have focused on the NIH Director and Fauci as wielding too much power, but in fact the HHS Secretary, Xavier Becerra (an attorney and politician!), wields all the power in this situation.
Switzerland stops the COVID vaccinations!
All vaccination recommendations have been withdrawn, doctors can only administer the controversial injections in individual cases under certain conditions - but then bear the risk of liability for vaccination damage.

The Swiss Federal Office of Public Health (FOPH) and the Federal Commission for Vaccination Issues (EKIF) state, as of 3.4.23, in their vaccination recommendation (can be found on this website):
Federal Office of Public Health
Corona Immunitas seroprevalence data (June/July 2022) showed that more than 98% of the Swiss population have antibodies against SARS-CoV-2. Due to the immunity situation, the currently predominant virus variants and the expected low virus circulation in spring/summer 2023, they concluded that people without risk factors have a very low risk of becoming seriously ill with COVID-19 in the spring/summer 2023.
Meanwhile in Hawaii…..(minute 4:00)
Governor Dr. Josh Green states that COVID hospitalizations have doubled (increased from 39 to 74), so he along with HDOH recommends people get a “booster”, especially for those that are older and at risk for severe disease.
Who is still at risk for severe disease? Don’t a great majority of the population already have some level of immunity either as a results of recovering from infection or having been injected?
Given the high rate of vaccination in Hawaii (nearly 80% completed the primary series), aren’t all the people currently hospitalized vaccinated already?!
Of course HDOH won’t share the vaccination status of current patients.
Keep in mind these injections are still under emergency use authorization (EUA) by the FDA. So what does this mean?
Conditions Required for Emergency Use Authorization by FDA
There must be a public health emergency.
On January 31, 2020, the Secretary of Health and Human Services declared the "novel" coronavirus a national emergency.
The emergencies have been repeatedly extended by Biden since he took office in January 2021, and he broadened the use of emergency powers after entering the White House.
Based on current COVID-19 trends, the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) planned for the federal Public Health Emergency (PHE) for COVID-19, declared under Section 319 of the Public Health Service (PHS) Act, to expire at the end of the day on May 11, 2023.
There must be NO adequate, approved, and available alternative to the candidate product for diagnosing, preventing, or treating the disease or condition.
There are many readily available and inexpensive medications that can effectively treat COVID safely at home.
Have to believe manufacturers of drugs or vaccines have submitted that they are effective.
All vaccine manufacturers and CDC admit the vaccines do NOT prevent infection or transmission of SARS-CoV-2!
Efficacy of the injections has shown to be far lower than the 95% that was initially reported.
Immunity has waned more quickly with each successive injection.
The EUA also requires that fact sheets that provide important information, including dosing instructions, and information about the benefits and risks of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine, be made available to vaccination providers and vaccine recipients.
How can any provider properly provider informed consent when the long-term and adverse effects of these injections, no less the compounded effects of multiple injections are unknown?!
Given all this, use of all EUA COVID-19 genetic vaccines should have been discontinued immediately!
And Now the POTUS Has Declared the COVID National Emergency is Over
The U.S. national emergency to respond to the COVID-19 pandemic ended April 11, 2023 as President Joe Biden signed a bipartisan congressional resolution to bring it to a close after three years — weeks before it was set to expire alongside a separate PHE.
A White House official said that “to be clear, ending the National Emergency will not impact the planned wind-down of the PHE on May 11” – which enabled the government to provide many Americans with Covid-19 tests, treatments and vaccines at no charge, as well as offer enhanced social safety net benefits, to help the nation cope with the pandemic and minimize its impact, as CNN previously reported.
Does the end of the national emergency and subsequent PHE mean that all EUA products must now be discontinued?
According to HHS….
“There will also be continued access to pathways for emergency use authorizations (EUAs) for COVID-19 products (tests, vaccines, and treatments) through the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and major telehealth flexibilities will continue to exist for those participating in Medicare or Medicaid.”
They state access to COVID-19 vaccinations and certain treatments, such as Paxlovid and Lagevrio, will generally not be affected.
According to the FDA, EUAs for COVID-19 products (including tests, vaccines, and treatments) will not be affected.
“The ending of the COVID-19 PHE will not affect the FDA’s ability to authorize various products, including tests, treatments, or vaccines for emergency use. Existing EUAs for COVID-19 products will remain in effect under Section 564 of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, and the agency may continue to issue new EUAs going forward when criteria for issuance are met.”
Before FDA can issue an EUA, the HHS Secretary must declare that circumstances exist justifying the authorization. An EUA declaration under section 564 of the FD&C Act generally continues until the HHS Secretary terminates it. Only when the HHS Secretary terminates an EUA declaration, does any EUAs issued based on that declaration cease to be in effect, and FDA may no longer issue EUAs for products covered by that declaration.
The HHS Secretary issued a determination under section 564 of the FD&C Act (initially issued February 4, 2020, and amended March 15, 2023) that there is a PHE, or significant potential for a PHE, that affects or has a significant potential to affect, national security or the health and security of U.S. citizens living abroad and that involves a novel (new) coronavirus (nCoV) in 2019 (COVID-19).
Apparently, the HHS Secretary, Xavier Becerra, believes that COVID-19 continues to present a PHE, or a significant potential for a public health emergency, that affects, or has a significant potential to affect, national security or the health and security of United States citizens living abroad.
Therefore, all EUAs related to COVID-19, including for tests, other devices, treatments, and vaccines, will continue to remain in effect. But for how long no one knows.
How is it an attorney and politician without no medical background or training wields all the power during a public health emergency?!
Great post. Everything about EUA was a power and money grab. So apparently the head of HHS has more authority than the president. They don’t want it to ever end.
👍🏼🙏🏼 ...also, Dr Naomi Wolf’s Hillsdale College presentation this week is a must listen too, as well as the other speakers at this conference
